Welcome to Amber Line Trucking Inc. (“Company”). By engaging our transportation and logistics services, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Definitions
  • Company: Amber Line Trucking Inc.
  • Customer: The individual or entity requesting services from the Company.
  • Goods: Items entrusted to the Company for transportation.
  • Services: Transportation, logistics, and related services provided by the Company.
  1. Services Provided

The Company offers transportation and logistics services, including but not limited to:

  • Freight transportation
  • Warehousing
  • Distribution
  • Supply chain management
  1. Rates and Payment Terms
  • Quotations: All service quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment: Invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges.
  1. Customer Obligations

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the Goods.
  • Ensure proper packaging and labeling of Goods.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  1. Liability and Limitations
  • Company Liability: The Company’s liability for loss or damage to Goods is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the Goods or $100 per shipment, unless a higher value is declared and additional charges are paid.
  • Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or labor disputes.
  1. Claims and Disputes
  • Claims: All claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the state of [State], in accordance with [State] laws.
  1. Insurance

The Company does not provide insurance coverage for Goods. Customers are advised to obtain their own insurance.
